   Dear the Concerned,
   Thank you very much for this long awaited development.
   Here are my 2 concerns:
   1. The position of Principal Laboratory Technologist at General Hospital is left blank yet we would have it filled.
   2. We request that Health Centre IV should also have a Senior Lab Technician
