   So what about some of us who aren’t in the new structure? Imagine I have only worked for two years and I get retired in 2 years with a salary loan running because of abolition of office. I would suggest those with qualifications to be automatically promoted to the higher positions rather than going for recruitment process of conducting interviews and when somebody fails is sent home with all the experience and inputs.
