Commissioner HRMS, Mr. Allan Muhereza, welcomed the Minister of State for Public Service at Civil Service College on behalf of all the participants. He thanked the Minister for sparing time to be able to officiate at the closure of one week User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HCM Phase 2 enhancements and improvements. The exercise started on Monday, 2nd through to 6th October 2023.
The UAT was conducted to confirm efficacy of the system functionalities identified by users for improvement as emerging issues from HCM phase 1 implementation. The HCM vendor had developed the capabilities to address the identified needs to which the users were convened to test. The participants in the UAT were drawn from various Entities comprising the following:
Ministry of Public Service (Departments of Human Resource Management Systems, Human Resource Policy and Procedures, Compensation, Human Resource Planning and Development, Performance Management, Policy and Planning, Finance and Administration, Institutional Assessment.
