- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of government MDAs LGS and investigate administrative malpractices
- Support MDAs and LGs to document SDS
- Check and enforce compliance to set service delivery standards and rate level of citizen satisfaction with government services
- Ensure that government policies are implemented efficiently and effectively
- Promote conformity and uniformity in the execution of human resource management procedures and practices.
- Make recommendations regarding merit awards for deserving public Institutions.
