lynbwiza Staff asked 2 years agoThis can only be done upon receipt of a letter from the Accounting Officer requesting for the trade off and the Accounting Officer is required to provide the justification for the trade-off.
The job position being traded off should not be critical, filled and should be budget neutral.
The position under staffing norms and abolished positions aren’t used for trade off purposes.
