Why do some positions exist in approved establishments for some MDAs/LGs and are not in others of the similar nature and some with different number of positions?
After approval of a generic structure for Entities of a similar nature, such a structure is customised to fit the peculiarities of an individual MDA/LG and also positions are created based on workload analysis.
