Guidance for the Implementation of the Harmonization Structures, Nomenclature and Job Grades for Positions in the Structures for Public Universities.
The Public Service Act 2008, Section 7 (1) (a) mandates the Ministry of Public Service to have authority for the overall management and administration of the Public Service, including formulation and review of polices relating to structures, management systems and the terms and conditions of service for Public Institutions.
