Who and how do you establish the relevance of qualifications acquired outside Uganda?

The relevant service commissions check that all qualifications have been accredited and equated by the National Council for Higher Education before consideration. The department of research and standards also analyses course content to establish relevant specifics for different MDAs, Commissions and the Public.
