The Ministry of Public Service captured all audited unpaid gratuity and pension arrears and prepared a total of 46 schedules of arrears in FY 2014/2015 which were decentralized to Ministries, Departments and Local Governments of retirement;
Retirees or claimants who have not been paid are advised to consult their respective Ministry, Department or Local Government where they shall complete arrears forms for submission to the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development;
The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development upon verification and when funds permit will send the Funds directly to the Vote of retirement for payment and not to the Ministry of Public Service;
Where the name is missing on any of the 46 schedules, the Responsible Officer at the Ministry, Department or Local Government will undertake verification and process the arrears as guided.

My mum started getting her pension one year ago, but upto now she has not yet received her gratuity, what should we do

I am not receiving pension, I appeared for or missed validation and my pension suddenly stopped in August 2019. What should I do?.
