H.E Mr. Ulvi Mehdiyev, the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations , Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan presented the award on behalf of Azerbaijan government. 
The Minister of Public Service, Hon. Wilson Muruli Mukasa being given an award of recognition from the Republic of Azerbaijan for un exceptional contribution towards the Public Service of Uganda. 
Finally today 28th July 2023, the Service Uganda Centre in Hoima has been officially opened in a colorful ceremony.
