The Human Capital Management System (HCM) was today launched at Uganda Virus Research Institute (UVRI).
The function was presided over by the Assistant Commissioner Information Technology Mundua Patrick together with the Technical Team Leader Noah Ninsiima.
Also on the team were Jacqueline Akite, Kiwama Denis, Bwire Simon, Acidri Isaac, Clare Naziwa, Euchu Anne Grace, Dorcus, Kiwama Dennis and Thereza
