They were praised for providing a strong linkage which has enabled them to start assisting capacity building of our Public service. On the other hand the outgoing team thanked ENABEL for the recognition and support which led to the comprehensive identification of capacity gaps in the public service and development of the framework to bridge the gaps pointing out that what remains is effective implementation. Praised them for current capacity building initiatives at individual levels across all departments in the mops and other MDAS. Capacity gaps at institutional,organisational and individual levels are now very clearly highlighted in the reports what remains is implementation. The team appreciated the awards.
