At the time of clicking the finish icon while creating a retirement request, the data entrant might receive the above error.
The data entrant should close the transition window.
Go to the employee assignment field on the retirement request form and look up, then up to date assignment.
Update the retirement request.
Proceed with transitioning the record for Validation.
