Kindly may l know how my old mzee can access his pension for all years he has been trying to access but all in vein.

My Father EPODOI PASCAL was employed a head teacher in Kumi district, at the age of 59 years and having worked for over 30 years he submitted the file for pension and after Just Les than 6month he died . Were still under age. We tried to contact Kumi district HR office this year and were told getting his Pension is Impossible since it was overtaken by Events and Time .
