    Dear Ugandans and all well-wishers. Welcome to our Website. Ministry of Public Service (MoPS) is mandated to lead the continuous development of the Public Service of Uganda through the design and implementation of effective Policies, Systems, and Structures that provide for an effective and harmonised Public Service. We also ensure that the Public Service is supported by a motivated cadre that will deliver timely, cost effective public services which are affordable by the Government of Uganda and responsive to the needs of the citizens at all levels.

I am very privileged to be part of the Ministry of Public Service (MoPS) in the capacity of Minister of State for Public Service. This Ministry is mandated to lead the continuous development of the Public Service of Uganda through the design and implementation of effective Policies, Systems, and Structures that provide for an effective and harmonised Public Service that delivers timely, cost effective, affordable services that are responsive to the needs of the citizens at all levels.

    Civil Service College Uganda (CSCU) was established on 1st July 2010 under the Ministry of Public Service. The College is responsible for in-service training, strengthening public policy research.

    CSCU’s mission is to provide quality demand driven & in-service training and support public policy research and innovations for improved performance and service delivery in the Public Service.
