   The paper work is fine and clear, but the practical implementation on ground is still very much wanting. This is further worsened by rampant corruption at all levels.

   Hello all, this is Solomon and working as a contract staff but not really convinced on the issue of some us not being eligible to participate in the internal recruitment exercise for for public service. I am really disappointed with the commission , when the internal advert comes out, it does clearly notifies the candidates that u should either belong to a ministry, department of an Agency! However, most agencies are having contract staff, so the question is that, why are they left out when it comes to shortlist? Concerned contract staff. Regards, Solomon-MCIPS.
