   Thank you, MoPS for making the website informative all the time. You have published Circular Standing Instruction No 2 of 2023 on the Scheme of Service for Information Technology Cadre in the Uganda Public Service. You approved the same for their communication counterparts in March 2023, that’s about seven months ago. However, there’s no circular issued yet. When should we expect it on this website?
