   We’re tired of job bribers at District services commissions in the country, take all job recruitments back to public service commission and health service commission. This has affected service delivery so harshly in health sector

  Is it better to decentralize bribery for jobs as it is now rather than doing it nationally. If it is done at the national level, you know the tribe that occupies most of the central government jobs will take the lion’s share

   Structure looks good but Cold chain assistants and technicians have been really demeaned , people have loans, people have suffered with physics and mathematics,now salary is aquarter of what they have been getting , how will they work, this means they will service loans for many years without something to survive on ,is it intentional automatic termination from service, does this mean that cold chain is no longer valued, does it mean that appointments are useless,does it mean that Ugandan government does not care about the welfare of Ugandans who give it services , does it mean engineering is useless , does it mean that other cardres are taken for granted by the medics , does mean that we train our children to know that it’s only medics who are scientists,By the way who started HCM/ HRM and did not respect the Ipps system. Cold chain department is grieved and saddened, in fact we need the answer from the authority concerned. We risk our lives with Life vaccine, electrical shocks, climbing roofs to do corrective maintenance on solar panels in order to provide effective cold chain system, safe for our community.
