The Department of Public Service Inspection (PSI) in the Ministry of Public Service held an engagement with consultants on the roll-out and implementation of a simplified online system designed to track the level of adoption and compliance with Service Delivery Standards (SDS) across 30 Local Governments. The meeting, chaired by the Commissioner PSI, Mr. Fred Ojok Ongom, brought together members of the Inter-Ministerial SDS Task Force from MoFPED, MoLG, MoES, MoLHUD, MAAIF, MoH, MoWE, MoWT and other MDAs, who participated both physically and virtually.
