With the available limited resources against high demand Government through the Civil Service College Uganda is rolling out its country wide training to Public Servants in s leadership and Change Management.The public servants are equipped with different models on Leadership and Change Management Skills to help them utilize the available limited resources responsibly.
This is response to the continued demand for public servants flexible enough to uphold the increasing change in Public Management. The current market demand comes with a lot of multiple changes that require transformational leadership and Change Mangers at all levels to unlock the necessary resource with values of Good Governance, Accountability to Empower the Human Resource in Driving Change.
This initiative is also aimed at ensuring that Public Servants are leaders who can drive innovation, Inspire teammates, embrace change, be positive and devoted promoting excellence.
